８月３０日、森下陸上幕僚長は、豪陸軍主催陸軍参謀長シンポジウムにおいて、東ティモール民主共和国のソアレス陸軍司令官と今後の防衛協力に向けた懇談を行うとともに、ハイレベル間の信頼関係を構築しました。昨年は、外交関係樹立２０周年の節目の年であり、引き続き、建国当初から共に歩んできた東ティモールとの間で、現在、同国で実施中の「ハリィ・ハムトゥック」をはじめとした協力を推進して参ります。🇹🇱🇯🇵

On AUG 30, GEN MORISHITA JGSDF CS held bilateral talks with COL Soares, Commander of Land Component, Timor-Leste Defence Force for future defense cooperation during #CAS2023 and also built a trusting relationship. Last year marked the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and we will continue to promote cooperation with the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, with whom we have worked together since its founding, including the ongoing “Harii Hamutuk” program. 🇹🇱🇯🇵
