It was my thing. I've been lucky enough to up light up the dance floors at some of the most exclusive events in both the UK and abroad, such as The Glamour Awards, the Gigi Hadid x Maybelline launch and Cosmopolitan Fashion Fest. I DJ’ed for global brands such as Dior, Coca Cola and even Eva Longoria! I've played at festivals including Reading and the Isle of Wight. And then locked was announced and all my gigs got cancelled overnight. By the time lockdown lifted, I was a mum. I was desperate to go back to the old me. Doing what I loved. But I was sleep deprived. My baby was attached to my body. And I felt a bit written off. You know the feeling - oh she's a mum now. Now I'm not fighting with my identity as much, I know my kiddies are little and accept life has changed a little. But I'm still a really good DJ. And now I get to do both. Be a DJ. But have my amazing babies to come home too. 🫶 It's nice when you find a nice balance and get to enjoy the best of both worlds. I so appreciate all the amazing people who haven't written me off. And it feels nice to be able to connect the dots a bit between the person who entered lockdown and the person who came out the other side..💓」9月22日 6時18分
