If you’re anything like me, dressing a Postnatal body is complicated enough. Wanting to feel good, needing to dress practically to push a pram around, not knowing what size you are, not recognising your body. And just as you think you’ve got it figured out - BAM! A new season comes along and you’re back to square one.

So this What to wear to... is dedicated to coats. 💁🏼‍♀️❄️

The inspiration behind my ‘What to Wear to’ series was because since becoming a mum I’ve become really conscious of how much my style is linked to my sense of identity and confidence. And I know how hard it is to know what to wear. And so I hope this episode gives some inspiration of not only cool coats, but also how to style them!

The idea of the series isn’t to make you buy everything new, but maybe inspire you to know how to wear things that fit in your existing wardrobe.

Although I know for my recovery, nothing much fit me, so I’ve been rebuilding it with timeless clothes I can wear again and again!

All the looks will be breastfeeding friendly, but easy not to be - so instead of wearing the Breastfeeding zip tops, you can just wear normal one. Although my Breastfeeding tops I recommend are @themilkyteeco ! 🤱 And if wearing jumpers, I really recommend the ‘EcoVero™️ Under Bust Nursing Vest’ from @tilbea_london
