Fun for a toddler, sensory for a baby, and fun enough for the adults too. We went when it opened at 10am so it wasn't even that busy! After we went for a wander and got to see Hamley's open their doors. All the families ran inside but Alf was just mesmerized by the bear and stayed an danced with him. I didn't grow up in London but every now and then we'd come down to stay at my cousins. I remember my gran bringing us down on the train and we'd get to eat chips on the way down. Anyway, I just thought growing up in London was the COOLEST thing ever. Like going to Hamley's 🤯 I remember once as a teen going bowling in Finchley and Blue were there. Like actual Blue. It blew (Blue 🤪) my mind. When I show my littles around London I still feel like that girl, even though it's been my home for so many years. It's a bit like discovering the city again when you have kids as you do all the things you weren't interested in doing (or actively avoided) before. Feels a bit like being a child again! Anyway, after Ada and Alf fell asleep at the same time (result!) so we got to eat at Dishoom. Naturally Ada woke up just as my curry arrived but I'm getting good at the one handed feeding technique! ✌️ We were both SO tired - Tommy's self inflicted and mine Ada inflicted. But these are honestly the moments I live for - family adventures. The moments I'll remember and treasure forever. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️ Now we are building Ada's cot (in my room) ready to start the big girl transition. 💤 I hope you all had a lovely weekend. 🙏❤️」10月2日 4時27分
