It's a true story. Sometimes I can't believe the audacity of me posting some of the stuff I post whilst I lay on my bed, usually feeding ada, looking like a thumb.

I think we can all be guilty of falling into the comparison trap sometimes whilst scrolling. Especially if we're not in the best place.

But it's good to remember that between filters, photoshop, and other fakery - we might be comparing ourselves to someone and something that doesn't even exist!

But also, I like to also tell myself - good for them. Our lives all move in different directions and different speeds and when I see people winning it reminds me that I too will win. One person's success and happiness doesn't close the door for anyone else's. 🫶

Sometimes we just have to retrain our minds a little. 🫶

PS Even when I was filming this in my lingerie trying to look cute I realised how small the bra now is for me and how one b00b is soooo full of milk as I hadn't fed on that side. The joys of motherhood, hey. 🤪 the bra is @shopcosabella 🙏👙
