▪️1. KNEELING SLIDE TO PRESS
Works: Shoulders, chest, back & triceps
- keep your core really strong, especially when pressing up & lowering down in up dog.

▪️2. SQUAT KNEE DROP
Works: Quads, glutes, hamstrings & inner thighs
- twist the whole body & press into the front heel when turning to lunge.

▪️3. SL TABLE TOP PRESS
Works: Glutes & core stability
- feel like your pressing your foot through honey…feel the resistance!

▪️4. SIDE PLANK CRUNCH TO PYRAMID
Works: Shoulders, lats, obliques & abs
- make sure to come back to FULL extension (long leg & reaching arm overhead)
