This simple breath work exercise can completely change your day, and he is why…

✨ Reduces stress response
✨ Eases anxiety
✨ Focus your attention to the present
✨ Clear the mind
✨ Balance L+R sides of the brain (logic + emotions)
✨ Improve oxygen circulation
✨ Improve breathing capacity
✨ Reduce heart rate & blood pressure

Alternate nostril breathing uses inhales and exhales to help balance the fiery right side 🔥 and cooling left side ❄️

HERE’S HOW TO DO IT:

Before you start…Exhale completely through your mouth.

1. Block the left nostril, INHALE RIGHT
2. Block the right nostril, EXHALE LEFT
3. INHALE LEFT, block the left nostril
4. EXHALE RIGHT

Repeat step 1-4 as many times as you need 🙏🏼
