What a progression choreography makes...I went from trying to mimic the amazing @ジェフリー・バトル to literally talking to myself at the national championships when I knew that if I didn’t skate lights out, I wasn’t going to the Olympics. I remember working with my sports psychologist and figuring out that swearing was good for me because it incited the fight in me when I felt my flight or fight response kick in. Who knew it would be captured on national tv, oops. 🤷🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️
