No rest between rounds

Note:
This workout is performed every 3 minutes for 4 or 5 rounds. Start a clock and begin the sequence of running, burpees and front squats. Once you finish, youll rest the remainder of the 3 min until the next interval begins. For the burpees, smooth is fast, find your rhythm and get these done! Choose a weight for the front squats that you can complete in 10 sets when fresh, but may need to break it up into two sets once you get fatigued. Record your fastest and slowest round.
