“You have to get the product-market fit, and you have to do it in a way that you love,” says Frei. Another word of advice? Keep a shortlist of priorities and don’t be disheartened when you can’t get everything done in a day. “There are a hundred ways you could spend your day to move the organization forward. And on a good day, you get to pick three,” says co-host @annemorriss.⁠
