ズッキーニが旬。毎週届くのをもりもり食べてます。今朝はアンチョビとニンニクでソテー、昨日はパスタに。なめこはスープです。一素材だけの調理は、潔くて好き。手抜きとも言えますが。

I've been eating zucchini a lot these days. It looks like an eggplant, but I understand it is a member of the squash family. No matter how you cook it, it is delicious!
