15 forward single arm banded pull
15 backward single arm banded pull
Rest 30-60 sec between set

Note: for the forward pull bring you elbow to your hip bone towards the front of your body. For the backward pull execute them just like in this video.

Focus on letting your arm stretch overhead before using your lat muscle to pull the band leading the movement with the elbow coming down.
