I finished the chaos that was tiger king last night and ohhhh boy my emotions are everywhere🥴 no spoilers from me, but it is a must see and such an eye opener. I didn’t get all too much sleep due to my joe exotic binge and crying over all the innocent animals, so today I’m giving my body some TLC! A light glute circuit with cinnamon buns for dessert☺️ Whose with me? 💜

🌿Perform each exercise for 10 reps. Rest in between if needed. Repeat 3 rounds🌿

🌼glute bridge into abduction - 10 reps
🌼sl quadruped kickback - 10 reps per side
🌼forward hinge aabduction - 10 reps
🌼sumo squat into calf raise - 10 reps
🌼step back squat - 10 reps per side
🌼SL RDL - 10 reps per side
