Putting the meanbean kettlebell 3000 to use again with this circuit😜, but feel free to join with no equipment :) workout tips are in my story!

💪🏼Complete each exercise for 30 seconds (I rested about 15 seconds in between)

🌿CIRCUIT:

🦋push up into roll back reverse crunch
🦋criss cross squat into calf raise
🦋weighted scissor crunch
🦋3-point quadruped kickback
🦋overhead tricep extension
🦋quick switch squat

🌿Rest 2 minutes after you’ve completed the circuit, and repeat 3-4 more times 💜
