🌿Repeat the circuit for 20 seconds (rest in between - I rested for about 10-15 s)

🌼Close grip push up
🌼Spider (ew) plank
🌼Modified seated tricep dip
🌼Russian twist
🌼Alternating elbow side plank

🌿Rest for 2 minutes after the circuit completes.
🌿Repeat 3-4 times
